Strengthen And Tone

This unique 60mins strengthening workout plan has a variety of simple exercises to burn fat and tones your muscles.
Using light weights and resistant bands, feel that burn in your muscles as you follow through various exercises guided by the instructors.
 
It is a low impact class and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

BurnIT Foundation

BurnIT foundation workouts focus on creating a fat-burning body through increasing metabolic rate, increasing body functional mobility, as well as body stability using modified simpler routines.
 
Similarly to BurnIT, this class uses high-intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques and a unique workout regime, let energetic coach Rick Tan guide you on the path to better weight management, improved energy levels and greater mental clarity.

Aerobics Class

Aerobics

Aerobics combines rhythm and strength-training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, strength and cardio-vascular fitness). Doing aerobics regularly has many health benefits, including a reduction in body fat and increase in energy.
