Wei Xiang began his dance journey at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2017, specialising in Contemporary Dance and Dancesports. He is also an active competitor in the Dancesport scene, representing both locally and internationally, and has consistently achieved finals and podium placements in the Pre-Amateur and Amateur Rising categories.

He honed his craft under the guidance of experienced instructors, including Kay Grace Lee and Wei Zong from Converge, as well as Melvin Tan and Sharon Tan, alongside many top international coaches.

Throughout his career, Wei Xiang has actively engaged in choreographing and performing at schools, events, and studio recitals. His teaching experience is diverse, serving as a resident instructor at Aure Studios while also working with Danz Catalyst and various schools.
