Service Description

This class is goes deeper to target deep connective tissues in the body including ligaments, bones, and joints. This class encourages us to relax completely into the pose, softening the muscle in order to move closer to the bone. Holding a pose for 3 to 5 minutes allows us to connect deeply with body and breath. This class is a perfect space to practice patience, slow movement and deep breathing.
