Nishy first stepped onto the yoga mat in 2005. After the first class where she practised breathing exercises and meditation, her chronic neck pain reduced significantly. It made her realise that her neck pain was due to stress and yoga helped to release her tension.
In 2018, she made the decision to deepen her Yoga knowledge with a 300hr Yoga Instructor Course.
She enjoys practising twists and binds to detoxify the body, as well as deep stretches to increase flexibility. The styles that Nishy primarily teaches include Vinyasa and Ashtanga to increase strength and focus.
Nishy enjoys sharing the gift of yoga with her students, and she appreciates all that she learns from them.
